The enquiry form

This website prepares your enquiry on your device. Choosing Continue on WhatsApp opens WhatsApp with your details filled in. Genius Grove receives the message when you tap Send in WhatsApp. The form is not saved to a website database.

Your visitor pass

Your visitor pass is created on your device using the details you enter. You can download it as an image. The website does not register a booking or save a copy. If you choose Arrange my visit, your details and pass reference are passed to WhatsApp so you can send them to the team and arrange a time.

Your budget plan

The budget planner calculates on your device. It does not send your figures to Genius Grove or save them after you leave the page. You can download a text copy and choose whether to share it with the team.

External services

Links to WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, Google Maps and university websites take you to other services. Their privacy rules apply when you use them. Some university icons load through Google’s public icon service. Destination images may load from Unsplash, which receives the network request needed to deliver the image.

The consultation invitation

A small setting in your browser remembers that the consultation invitation has appeared. It lasts for the browser session and contains no name, contact number or study details. The invitation does not appear while you are filling in a form or watching a video.

Website use

This website does not include advertising trackers or analytics scripts. The hosting provider may process normal connection and request logs to deliver the website.
